Trailer Classes

We bring the training to you. Review the classes below and schedule a trailer training session for you and your crew. *Only available to Customer Care Dealers*

Charging Best Practices

This class covers superheat and subcooling principles, including how to calculate superheat and subcooling using system pressures and temperatures. Contractors will learn how to charge a system based on the metering device, how charging differs between cooling and heating seasons, and how to use the American Standard Charge Assist tool with the LINK system.

Airflow: Design, Measure, Adjust

In this course, you will learn about airflow and static pressure. By the end of the course, you will understand the importance of airflow for system efficiency, system reliability, and homeowner comfort. You will learn how to evaluate duct turbulence, distinguish airflow patterns across different units, and understand the importance of taking multiple readings for accuracy. The course also covers how to set up airflow with constant torque, PSC, and variable-speed motors.
